Yes! Orders shipped to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses still ship free! However, they may not arrive within stated the delivery window. Some items may have to be transferred to another location in order to be shipped out via USPS. This may add several days to the shipping time. If you have any questions about this please Contact us.

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer international shipping. We can only ship to the United States (including AK/HI/PR.)

We *are* able to ship to freight forwarders. If you need help processing such an order please contact us and we will help set it up.

Often we can ship out for next day delivery, but we recommend you contact us before placing the order to ensure the items are available for immediate shipping. We will get back to you asap!

Orders may ship from several locations across the country or from a single location. Other orders may have to be shipped from different warehouses to us to be repackaged into a single shipment. As such, our order fulfillment system is not based off of a single shipping method, but instead allows you to select the time frame you need the order to arrive within. This allows us to guarantee shipment arrival dates from anywhere in the US.

Yes! You can pick up your order at our Huntsville, AL office.

Please select the "Local Pickup" shipping option when checking out and we will contact you to arrange it.

Usually, we will have your order ready to pick up by the next business day, but some items may require additional time. We will contact you in any case to work out the pickup and advise of any issues.

For arrival by Christmas please order by 3PM EST on the following dates:

Free Shipping: Order by December 16th.
Ground Shipping: Order by December 17th.
3 Day Shipping: Order by December 19th.
2 Day Shipping: Order by December 20th.
Next Day Shipping: Order by December 23rd.

At this time, we process all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card. We also accept Paypal as well, including Paypal Pay-In-4 Payments.

KartingWarehouse.com uses a 3rd party account to process credit cards. In the interest of security, none of your actual payment information is stored on our site. Because we do not process payments directly, we are unable to accept orders over the phone.

Christmas Exchange Policy:
Orders placed from November 1st until December 25th are eligible to be exchanged until January 31st.

Simply:
Returns incur a 5% Restocking Fee.
Exchanges do not incur a restocking fee.

Timeframe:
To initiate a return or exchange contact us for an RMA # within 30 days of order receipt.
(Orders placed from November 1st until December 25th can be exchanged until January 31st.)

Returns:
A 5% restocking fee will be charged on returns only. We may waive this fee on unopened merchandise. There is no restocking fee on exchanges.

Exchanges:
To exchange an item please e-mail us for an RMA # and to confirm the items to be exchanged. When we receive the returned items we will ship out the new items asap!

How to Return an Order:
Step 1: Contact us for an RMA #.
Step 2: Ship the return to the address provided to you with the RMA #.
Step 3: Receive refund when the return is received and processed.

How to Exchange an Order:
Step 1: Contact us for an RMA #.
Step 2: Ship the items to be exchanged to the address provided to you with the RMA #.
Step 3: Upon receiving the shipment we will ship out the new items to you.
